Returns & Refund Policy

At Livora Scents, every order is prepared with care and packaged to deliver a premium experience from the moment it arrives. Given the nature of our products, we have put the following policy in place to protect both quality and hygiene.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference, change of mind, or personal evaluation after delivery. Every fragrance is described in detail on our website to help you choose with confidence.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. To do so we ask that you:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Send clear photos of the affected item along with your order number via WhatsApp or email

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a store credit depending on stock availability and your preference.

Please note that claims received after 24 hours from delivery cannot be processed.

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once it has been issued.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Custom and corporate orders
  • Gift boxes unless damaged upon arrival

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. After this window we cannot guarantee cancellation due to our dispatch process.
