Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Livora Scents, we want every part of your experience to feel considered, including the moment your order arrives at your door. Here is everything you need to know about how we deliver.

1. Delivery Options

Same-day delivery (Greater Cairo only): place your order before 12 PM on a working day and receive it the same day. Same-day delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays. The fee is shown at checkout.

Standard delivery: orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods preparation may take a little longer, and we will always keep you informed if that happens.

2. Delivery Fees and Complimentary Delivery

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. Orders above 5,000 EGP receive complimentary delivery within Greater Cairo. All other orders, including orders outside Greater Cairo, have a delivery fee applied at checkout based on your governorate.

We also deliver across the Gulf and the Middle East, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and Lebanon, with complimentary delivery on every order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times for Standard Delivery

Cairo & Giza: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
Other governorates: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch

4. Sending a Gift?

If your gift needs to arrive on a specific day in Greater Cairo, choose same-day delivery and order before 12 PM. For other areas, please order at least 10 business days ahead of the occasion.

5. How We Pack Your Order

Every order is carefully packed to protect the glass and preserve the unboxing experience. We work with trusted delivery partners to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

6. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking link or code where available.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We will look into it and resolve it as quickly as possible.
