Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Livora Scents, we want every part of your experience to feel considered, including the moment your order arrives at your door. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods processing may take a little longer, and we will always keep you informed if that happens.

2. Shipping & Free Delivery

We currently deliver within Egypt only. Orders above 5,000 EGP receive complimentary delivery across Cairo and all other governorates. Orders below this amount will have a flat shipping fee applied at checkout.

If you are located outside of Egypt and would like to place an order, we would love to hear from you. Please reach out at Relations@livorascents.com or WhatsApp us at +201272229459 and we will do our best to make it happen.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Cairo & Giza: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
  • Other governorates: 3 to 7 business days

4. How We Pack Your Order

Every order is carefully packed to protect the glass and preserve the unboxing experience. We work with trusted delivery partners to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking link or code where available.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We will look into it and resolve it as quickly as possible.
